Patche ships worldwide from New Zealand. We deliver to New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States and most other countries.

Shipping is not free on every order. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown in your local currency at checkout, before you pay.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
The times below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees.
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 7–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where the service provides them.
Duties and import taxes
Prices at checkout do not include import duties or taxes for deliveries outside New Zealand. Any charges applied by your country's customs authority are your responsibility.
Delays and lost parcels
Delivery times depend on the carrier and can be affected by customs and peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email info@patche.store and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund the order less the original shipping cost, or resend it once shipping has been paid again.
